  02. Production process quality management measures

 

  1. Insist on organizing production according to standards

 

  Standardization work is an important prerequisite for quality management, and it is the need to achieve standardization of management. Enterprise standards are divided into technical standards and management standards. Work standards are actually separated from management standards and are part of management standards. Technical standards are mainly divided into raw materials and auxiliary materials standards, process tooling standards, semi-finished products standards, finished products standards, packaging standards, inspection standards, etc. It is to control the quality of the input materials in each process along the line forming the product, and to set the checkpoints at each level to keep the production process under control. In the technical standard system, each standard is developed with product standards as the core, and they are all in order to meet the standards of finished products.

 

  Management standards are to regulate people's behavior, regulate the relationship between people, and regulate the relationship between people and things. They are used to improve the quality of work and ensure the quality of products. It includes product process regulations, operating regulations, and economic responsibility systems. The degree of enterprise standardization reflects the level of enterprise management.   2. Strengthen the quality inspection mechanism

Ensure that unqualified raw materials will not be put into production, unqualified semi-finished products will not be transferred to the next process, and unqualified products will not leave the factory; the second is the function of prevention. To improve quality inspection work, one is to establish a sound quality inspection organization, equipped with quality inspection personnel, equipment, and facilities that can meet production needs; the other is to establish a sound quality inspection system, from the raw materials entering the factory to the finished product leaving the factory. Check at all levels, make original records, have clear responsibilities for production workers and inspectors, and implement quality tracking. At the same time, the functions of production workers and inspectors must be closely integrated. Inspectors are not only responsible for quality inspection, but also have the function of guiding production workers. Production workers can't just focus on production. The products they produce must be inspected first, and a combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection must be implemented. The third is to establish the authority of a quality inspection agency. The quality inspection agency must be under the direct leadership of the factory manager. No department or personnel can interfere. Unqualified raw materials confirmed by the quality inspection department are not allowed to enter the factory, and unqualified semi-finished products cannot flow to the next process.   3. Implement quality veto

  Quality responsibility system or economic responsibility system with quality as the core is an important means to improve the quality of people's work. Quality management occupies an important position in the management of enterprises. This is because the important task of an enterprise is to produce products, provide use value to the society, and obtain its own economic benefits at the same time. The core of the quality responsibility system is the combination of responsibilities, powers, and benefits for enterprise management personnel, technical personnel, and production personnel on quality issues.
